It’s our mission to help our customers secure their data, applications and operations with identity-first security solutions. To achieve this, we provide expert and implementation services within identity and access management, device management and data security. We focus on efficiency and always look for solutions that make sense for our customers. That’s why we have also developed our own products: to address challenges for which we don’t find (cost-efficient) solutions in the market. 


Our target markets range from local mid-size companies up to large enterprises, across many verticals. The roles we work with range from business architects and technical professionals all the way up to IT security leaders and c-level executives (e.g. chief information security officer).

About the role

To help us deliver a broad range of identity-first security projects from beginning to end, we are looking for a talented solution engineer based in Belgium: a high-energy, driven professional with strong problem-solving skills. 
 

In this role, you will gather business requirements, design (technical) solutions to the challenges they have, manage the whole customer project lifecycle, and provide successful (software) solutions in our clients' environments. You will deliver various pre- and post-sales activities such as building relationships with potential customers, current customers, and sales partners, managing proof-of-concepts and workshops, and clearly & effectively communicating solution value to a business and technical audience.
 

Elimity is looking for curious candidates with a real passion for technology and identity security to join our team. As you will be part of a young team, this role requires a strong sense of ownership and responsibility but comes with a high degree of independence and flexibility.

Your responsibilities

  • Deliver various pre- and post-sales activities such as building relationships with potential customers, current customers, and sales partners, managing proof-of-concepts and workshops, and clearly & effectively communicating solution value to a business and technical audience.
     

  • Bridge the gap between business and technology, solicit business and technical requirements, think out-of-the box and design (technical) solutions that make sense for our customers.
     

  • Manage and deliver qualitative projects ranging from (short) consulting projects to technology implementations.
     

  • Participate in the development of strategies, roadmaps and business cases for identity-first security solutions.
     

  • Actively participate in knowledge building and sharing, stay up-to-date with the latest developments across our technology portfolio and overall cybersecurity trends.

Ideal candidate

  • Master in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Commercial Engineering, Business Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
     

  • You are able to think as your customer, guide them through the first steps of working with Elimity, collaboratively design a solution for their problems using our services and technology portfolio, and produce the appropriate supporting documents (project descriptions, RFPs, …).
     

  • You are able to collaborate as part of a team to solve business and technical problems. You aren’t afraid to roll-up your sleeves and contribute across the entire sales cycle.
     

  • You have professional experience in cybersecurity and/or identity and access management.
     

  • You have a track record of success in a pre-sales environment for a technology solutions business.
     

  • You have solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills (Dutch and English, written and oral).
     

  • You have experience with Project Management duties (project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation).
     

  • You are result-oriented, prioritize your tasks and get things done. You take responsibility, show initiative, build your own success but love to share wins with the team.
